Ensuring the unions’ voice is heard

A Labour Dialogue (TALD) project "Improving Transatlantic Dialogue – the world of work" was launched in 2001 between the European Trade Union College (ETUCO), the training agency of the ETUC, and the training agency of the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organisations ( AFL - CIO ). The project aims to improve communication and co-operation between trade union representatives from multinational companies active on both sides of the Atlantic, through a series of 4 training workshops.
